Have a Healthy Sleep for your little Ones

Babies spend most of their time in sleeping. How can you create a healthy sleeping environment? It starts with healthy bedding to wrap your little ones up, i.e. natural mattress, comforter, blanket and pillow made out of a breathable and moisture wicking material such as silk. Make sure babies sleep on their back, and there is fresh airflow in the bedroom and all linens are clean and dust free.
Try using calming rituals that follow the same pattern each night. Create the mood by giving your baby a warm bath, reading stories, cuddling, rocking or playing lullabies.
